My feet are having constant pain, can your insoles help me?
Absolutely! Our Aetrex Insoles are "pre-manufactured to your custom fit according to American Podiatric Standards", which means our complete 3D foot scan will determine orthotics that specifically meet your foot profile to alleviate your pains. Most common foot profiles have pre-manufactured insoles in our inventory and can be delivered immediately, or in less than 2/3 days. Aetrex pre-manufactured insoles are economical than custom insoles and are matched, based on your complete 3D foot scan at an American Gully store. For certain foot profiles it is recommended to go for custom insoles based on past history, Podiatrist recommendation, post foot & ankle surgery, and / or medical diagnosis.
Only in some cases like motor vehicle accidents or uncommon congenital problems or too much variation in foot profiles between left and right, custom insoles are required and special ordered to Aetrex Lab in USA.
Are your Custom Orthotics, truly custom - made?
We understand your uncertainty, because you may seen a lot of other products in shoe stores — purporting to make custom orthotics without even taking foot measurements. We can proudly say that our custom orthotics are 100% custom-made and manufactured in USA under strict quality control.
I have Flat Feet, can Custom Insoles help me?
Absolutely! Countless people with flat feet rely on Custom Insoles for the support they need to live an active and pain-free life. Your foot scan will give us clear measurements of each foot and the degree of arch support you need. You can also share personal messages related to your foot history and lifestyle with our American Gully technicians before they start ordering your custom Insoles after the complete 3D foot scan.
Is there a break-in period for the insoles?
Many of our customers will find that our insoles are comfortable right out of the box, others may have a slightly different first experience. The information below will vary depending on the person and foot.
In order to achieve superior comfort in your shoes, American Gully recommends wearing the shoes with our insoles for a couple hours a day, for one week, to allow your foot to adjust to the new support that Aetrex insoles provide. You should find the product to be completely comfortable and support in less than a week or two.
How do I clean my orthotics?
For orthotics, American Gully recommends spot cleaning with a clear mild soap and a damp cloth, then allow the product to air dry naturally. You should not submerge the product in water. It is "not recommended" to place the product in a washing or drying machine.

Which Orthotic is right for me?
Aetrex orthotics are sold in whole sizes only and we recommend purchasing your normal shoe size for your orthotics.
If your shoe size is normally a half size, ex: women's US 7.5 or men's US 9.5, you should order half a size smaller. This will assure you will have enough space inside your shoes for your orthotics and feet to fit in comfortably.
